Refunds for Premium Membership

We offer refunds for premium memberships under the following conditions:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any premium features.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be denied if terms are not met.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at admin@wordsearchmaker.io with your transaction details, including your Paddle transaction ID. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

Non-refundable Situations

  • No refunds will be granted after 14 days of purchase.
  • If you have used premium features, you are ineligible for a refund.
